Scope
of Project: Construction of a 10,000
square foot standing retail building and associated sitework.
The building is being constructed of ICF walls with a structural
steel/bar joist roof structure. The exterior of the
building is EIFS with ceramic tile features and eyebrow trusses
with tile roofs. The interior of the store will have an
exposed ceiling, tile floors and the following sales features: a
wine cabinet, cigar humidor, and walk-in beer cooler.
