Scope
of Project: This project consists of the construction of a new
15,082 square foot ABC Fine Wine and Spirits package store with
an adjoining 3,402 square foot retail bay. The building
will be constructed of masonry with a structural steel/bar joist
roof structure. The exterior of the building will be
finished stucco, with tile accent band, along with both a metal
standing seam radius roof and a concrete barrel tile roof.
The interior of the store will include a wine chiller room,
cigar humidor, wine vault and walk in beer cooler.
