Scope
of Project:
This project includes a new 10,000 sf building utilizing
Insulated Concrete Formed walls and a structural steel roof
structure. Exterior finishes include painted stucco with
ceramic tile accenting and architectural lighting. The interior
of the store will introduce ABC’s new finish scheme that
includes a painted exposed roof structure, porcelain tile
throughout the sales floor and vibrant contrasting wall colors.
Architectural soffits will highlight the Cigar Humidor as well
as the Walk-In Beer Cooler and check-out areas.
