| Scope of Project:
R.D. Michaels has constructed over 22 ABC Fine Wine & Spirits
stores throughout Florida. The buildings are constructed of
masonry with a structural steel/bar joist roof structure. The
exterior of the buildings are finished with stucco and tile
accent bands with both a metal roof and tile roof elements at
the store entrance. Interiors include humidors, wire vaults,
wine chillers and a walk-in beer cooler. The store sizes range
from 9,000 to 11,000 square feet.
