Scope
of Project: R.D. Michaels, Inc. is
underway on their 7th project for The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints. This 3,900 square foot project is located in Hilliard,
Florida and will consist of the renovation of an existing church. The
building will be constructed of load bearing exterior masonry walls
with a wood framed roof structure. The exterior finish of the
building will be clad with brick and EIFS and is highlighted by
a 40’ tall steeple. The project also includes site development and landscaping. The interior finishes of the building include
ceramic tile, carpet, sisal wall covering and extensive stained
wood trim.
