Scope
of Project: This project included the
conversion of an existing vacant building to a new 27,600 square
foot Ross Dress for Less. The project consisted of typical
interior finishes of a retail project. A unique aspect of the
project was the relocation of a 200 foot long tilt-up concrete
wall that increased the square footage of the building to meet
the retail needs of Ross.
