Scope
of Project:
This project is
for the University of South Florida under Construction
Management provided by Kenyon and Partners. The R.D. Michaels
portion of the project is to construct the building shell
including concrete foundations and integrally colored block
wall. Twelve foot high poured in place retaining walls will be
constructed on both sides of the building. The building will
surround a 50' high structural steel tower for the HVAC
equipment. Other parts of the project include custom fabricated
louvers and metal panels used to shield the cooling tower.
