Scope of
Project: This $3.6 million project
consisted of two individual facilities: the Women, Infant
& Children's medical office consisted of a 5,000 square foot
interior demolition and remodel. Adjacent to the remodel,
a 10,000 square foot Health Clinic was constructed creating a
functional layout for these two facilities. The space
includes labs, offices, interview rooms, exam rooms, nurse's
station, staff lounge, laboratory, and file storage room.
The project involved many new buildings requirements as
established by the U.S. Green Building Council, which were
closely monitored and enforced. |
