Scope
of Project:
This project consists of
construction of two separate buildings on one site: A 5,000
square foot Sherwin Williams store and a 7,500 square foot
Advanced Auto Parts store. Both buildings are constructed of
load bearing masonry walls with a structural steel roof
structure. The exteriors are highlighted by tile and metal roof
entry towers and a painted stucco finish. The interiors are
built out for the respective tenants and are typical of retail
stores.
