Scope
of Project: This 65,000 square foot
renovation project consisted of the complete demolition of the
existing dining room of the Westminster Towers retirement center
in downtown Orlando. The new dining room and serving line were
constructed in the space while working with the owner to keep
the kitchen in separation. The interior finishes include
extensive use of ceramic tile & eight different types of ceiling
tiles. The project also features curved glass & precast concrete
columns.
