| Scope of Project:
This
two-story office building is approximately 24,000 square feet of
office space. The building is constructed of load bearing
masonry exterior walls with a structural steel frame. Exterior
elements include a stone veneer, stucco finishes, large amounts
of banding, and fabric awnings. The interior lobby area is a two
story atrium that serves as a common lobby for both the upper
floor and lower floor tenants; the building elevator is located
in this area. The second floor was completely built-out for the AVCON’s office while the ground floor was left vacant for future
tenants.
