| Scope of Project:
This 30,000 square foot, two-story project was a much needed
addition to the Winter Park Campus of Valencia Community
College. The building is a mixture of reinforced concrete,
masonry, and structural steel with an EIFS exterior. Once
completed, the new addition blended seamlessly into the existing
building. The interior finishes are typical of those found in an
educational facility of higher learning. |
