Scope of Project:
Covering over 15,000 square feet and costing close to $3
million, the finished project is among the nicest interior
office spaces in Orlando. Items included were: terrazzo
flooring, Portuguese limestone, African Makore woodwork and
fabric covered acoustical wall and ceiling panels. One of the
challenges of constructing this project was a operating hotel
directly above the space. (This project received the Eagle Award
from Associated Builders and Contractors as the best interior
project for 2000). |
