Scope
of Project: This 8,700 square foot office building is home
of Euro Capital Partners. The building is constructed with load
bearing, exterior masonry walls with a structural steel floor
and roof. The exterior finishes are stucco & EIFS. The interior
finishes are comparable to those found in most private office
buildings. The project also includes renovations to an existing
warehouse and site development.
