Scope
of Project: R.D. Michaels, Inc. has
completed their 6th church for The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints. This 17,000 square foot church located in
Tampa, Florida consists of a chapel, fellowship hall,
classrooms, offices, and an inside basketball court. The
building is constructed of load bearing exterior masonry walls
with a wood framed roof structure. The exterior finish of the
building will be clad with brick and EFIS and is highlighted by
a 40’ tall steeple. The project also includes full site development and landscaping. The interior finishes of the building include
ceramic tile, carpet, sisal wall covering and extensive stained
wood trim.
