| Scope of Project:
This new two-story, 40,000 square foot facility is home of the
City of Leesburg’s Police Department. The building was
constructed next to the old headquarters building that was later
demolished to make way for parking for the new facility. The
building has a structural steel frame with brick & Stucco
finishes on framed walls. Interior finishes are typical of
governmental type office buildings. The project also
included extensive site development and a kennel building for
the K-9 unit.
