| Scope of Project:
This 5,000 square foot medical facility includes a heart
catheterization lab, exam rooms, prep and recovery areas. The
building is a masonry wood truss structure. The exterior is a
stucco finish with a Mediterranean clay tile roof system. The
interior includes VCT seamless vinyl, wall coverings and
acoustical ceilings. The project also included an underground
storm water storage vault as part of the site development.
