| Scope of Project:
This project consisted of two phases: construction of a new two
story 17,000 square foot addition to the existing City Hall
building and the complete interior renovation of the existing
historic City Hall building. The new addition was designed
and constructed in a way that it blends seamlessly with the
original building. The exterior of the building is
traditional and includes a brick veneer, shutters, and a sloped
shingle roof. The interior of the building contains a
large amount of custom casework, over 25 crystal chandeliers and
polished marble floors.
