Scope
of Project: This two story addition and
renovation of the existing Public Safety Complex contains
approximately 17,000 square feet. The existing facility is to
remain occupied during both the expansion and renovation of this
joint use building for both the Police Department and Fire
Department. We were selected as the Construction Manager for
this project having just completed the renovations and expansion
of the Mt. Dora City Hall.
