| Scope of Project:
This two-story office building is approximately 12,000 square
feet. The building is constructed of load bearing masonry walls
with a structural steel second floor system. The roof is wood
trusses with clay tiles. Our work included both the shell of the
building and tenant improvements on both floors. Aside from
typical office finishes, the building included a work-out
facility complete with a sauna and extensive stone work.
Additionally, site development of approximately 2 acres was part
of the project.
