Scope of Project: This project consisted of a two-story
addition to the Brevard County Government Center adding
approximately 25,000 square feet to the existing building.
Construction consisted of a structural steel frame with the
exterior walls constructed of heavy gauge metal studs finished
with brick and EIFS. The interior lobby area is a
two-story atrium complete with skylights and elevated walkways
that connect the second floor of the new building to the second
floor of the existing building. |
