| Scope of Project:
This 32,000 square foot project consisted of the demolition and
reconstruction of the fourth floor offices for the Orange County
Comptroller. The project was constructed in four phases to allow
the county to continue to occupy portions of the floor during
construction. The new space included finishes typically found in
class A office space. The elevator lobby included the addition
of custom mahogany wall panels with in laid metal trim.
