| Scope of Project:
The scope of this project included an interior buildout for the
Pier One store and an extensive reconstruction of the shopping
center façade. The Pier One store contains approximately 7,000
square feet of retail space. The canopy reconstruction
included a new entry for the Pier One store as well as a new
canopy for the balance of the center. Additional work included
metal framing/sheathing, EIFS, roofing, painting, and decorative
metals. |
