| Scope of Project:
This project consisted of 17,000 square feet of retail space
containing eleven "white box" suites and the finishes for Family
Dollar. The building is load bearing masonry with a structural
steel roof structure. The exterior of the building is finished
with a mixture of EIFS, splitface masonry and ceramic tile. The
project also included 2 1/2 acres of site development.
