| Scope of Project:
R.D. Michaels has constructed two projects for Ross Dress For
Less Stores and Kimco Realty. Both stores consisted of
30,000 square feet of retail department store space. At
the Sanford location, there was also a 10,000 square foot "white
box" retail space constructed next to the store. The
projects also included major canopy renovations to the adjacent
centers.
