| Scope of Project:
This is R.D. Michaels second project for CanAm Development.
The site consisted of two retail buildings containing a total of
16,440 square feet. One building was constructed
immediately adjacent to an existing grocery store with a
driveway separating it from the second building. The
buildings are load bearing masonry with a structural steel/bar
joist roof structure. Our scope includes delivering the
buildings to a "white box" level.
