Scope
of Project: This 10,000 square foot office building
located in East Orange County, Florida is the new home of The
Selby Group, a residential and commercial real estate firm. The
building is constructed of load bearing masonry with a
structural steel frame with wood framed towers accented with a
tile roof. The exterior of the building was handsomely finished
with a true Mediterranean flavor with textured stucco, window
surrounds, extensive banding and detailing, and custom wrought
iron railings. The second floor of the building was built-out
specifically for the offices of The Selby Group and First Choice
Title. The first floor contains four suites: two were built out
for specific tenants and two were constructed to "white box"
levels for future tenants. The scope of the project also
included full site development and several retaining walls due
to the significant grade difference found on the project site. We are proud of the fact that the owner had the confidence in
our ability to build their new office and elected to negotiate
