Scope of Project:
This project consisted of two freestanding retail buildings. The structure is load bearing masonry with steel bar joists
and the exterior consists of stucco finishes and storefronts. The interior spaces are constructed to "white box"
finish levels only. This is our third project for Kimco at the
Seminole Centre Shops.
