Shoppes of West Melbourne Façade Renovation		  
Location: West Melbourne, FL  
Owner: Kimco Realty Corporation  
Completion Date: 3/11/2003  
Scope of Project: The canopy at the Shoppes of West Melbourne was removed and replaced with a new, updated EIFS canopy.  This was accomplished in stages, the first being done during the interior build out of the new Bed Bath and Beyond.
