Scope
of Project: Demolition of an existing building within the
Shady Oaks Shopping Center, which is to be replaced by the construction of
a single story retail building. There will also be facade
renovations to the entire shopping center. The retail building consists of a masonry construction design
with a flat roof system, as well as special foundations due to
the close proximity of the adjoining buildings. The facade
renovation consists of new stucco, sidewalk coloring, and
canopies.
