| Scope of Project:
This 48,600 square foot, dock high, tilt-up
concrete building is the home of Advanced Xerographic / Imaging
systems. There is 24,000 square feet of office space and
printing production area located on the first floor. The
building contains a 20,000 square foot mezzanine, which will be
used for future expansion and storage. The remainder of the
building was left as a shell for future tenants.
