Scope of Project:
This two-story, 30,000 square foot building will house the Winter
Haven Police Department. A structural steel frame provides the
basic structure for the building with the exterior walls constructed
of a combination of masonry and metal framing, all finished
with stucco. In addition to providing secure jail cells, and
booking areas, the facility also contains all the offices for
the police department.
