LDS Remediation & HVAC Renovation

Remove and replace mechanical units and clean duct work. Install dehumidification equipment, CO2 controls and replacement of manual and motorized dampers/ Reuse of existing automatic controls. This project will also include mold remediation. The entire building including the attic space will be cleaned. See specifications for specific items and methods to be utilized.
